SEAI Grant

At NewBER, we provide professional Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessments across Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Kildare, and Laois. As a trusted and SEAI-registered company, we specialise in Technical Assessments for Home Energy Upgrades – offering homeowners and non-corporate landlords the expert guidance needed to improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and access valuable SEAI grants.
What Is a BER Assessment?
A Building Energy Rating (BER) is an official measure of a building’s energy performance. It assesses how efficiently your home uses energy and how much carbon dioxide it emits. The rating is presented on a scale from A1 (most efficient) to G (least efficient).
Every home being sold, rented, or undergoing significant renovation must have a valid BER certificate. The assessment is carried out by a registered BER assessor who analyses the building’s construction type, insulation, heating systems, windows, and renewable technologies.
At NewBER, our qualified team performs detailed energy evaluations, producing precise and reliable BER reports that comply with SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) requirements.
